Kuhl-Rage-Mann Experience Participant Waiver

I acknowledge that participating in the Kuhl-Rage-Mann Experience—including rage room activities, smash sessions, foam, and interactive party equipment—involves inherent risks including physical injury, impact debris, and exertion. I voluntarily assume all risks.

All participants must wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including safety goggles, heavy gloves, and closed-toe footwear. Failure to comply with safety instructions results in immediate event removal.

To the fullest extent permitted under Oklahoma law, I release and hold harmless Kuhl Rentals and Kuhl-Rage-Mann Experience from any claims, liability, or damage arising from personal injury or property loss.

I grant Kuhl-Rage-Mann Experience irrevocable permission to record, photograph, and film my participation, using such media for promotional and public communications without financial compensation or additional consent.

I certify that I am physically fit with no undisclosed medical conditions preventing safe activity. I authorize event staff to secure emergency medical care on my behalf if I am injured or incapacitated.
